What I'm seeing lately!

Caryl Churchill’s quartet of short plays weaves together the surreal and the mundane to explore human fragility, divine indifference, profound grief, and dark secrets through distinct vignettes featuring a girl made of glass, aloof gods, manifested futures, and cousins harboring a mysterious bottled creature.


For whatever reason, I had a ton of trouble fitting this show in the calendar. It took me four tries, but I was so convinced I would be into it, so I persevered, and, wow, I was not into it at all. I think it might have just hit me on the wrong day and I might have just been in the mood for some lighter fare.
