What I'm seeing lately!

🌦️ Mixed

Pretty lightweight in substance in spite of its subject matter. A PSA for Getting Help When You Are Sad that I found, as a certified Individual Who Has Been Sad, was a bit pleased with itself for adhering to a nebulous standard for What To Talk About When We Talk About Depression and isn’t all that compelling (or, God forbid, a needle-mover) as far as that experience is actually concerned. What you do get, though, is a full blast of Daniel Radcliffe charm, which is a lift in its own way, and for the young adult crowd this is likely to attract, that will be more than enough to justify the price of admission. (I’m still in the high-five afterglow the morning after.) If he is, in fact, the reason you’re going to see this - be honest - show up thirty minutes before showtime to watch him canvass the crowd for participants, say hello, and he might just pull you up on stage. (If that’s what you really want, I heard him introducing himself to people with “you’ve been avoiding eye contact with me” - good looking out. 🙂‍↕️)
