How mean should I be about someone’s brand new piece of art when I take approximately zero creative risks in life? 🫠 Um. The book needs some work
_Notes: To be honest I spent 1h40m trying to discreetly stifle mean laughter and it was one of the most fun solo dates I’ve ever taken myself on in my entire life.
It was like a show from an alternate universe where Hillary Clinton won the 2016 election - whatever that means to you is probably right - but like, an especially bad version of that
This show is about how oppressors are punching down at the oppressed. Straight people bad. Christians bad. It doesn’t have anything particularly resonant or interesting or nuanced to add to that conversation, other than perhaps that theater kids are the most oppressed group of all.
